This is a 3-stage project. The home is just shy of 110 years old, brick and has historic designation, through local Landmark Preservation.

Project started in the basement.

The existing slab was dropped 14", to allow more headroom. The addition of a bathroom and remodel of existing laundry room. As well, waterproofing was done on exterior wall.

Main floor:

Existing kitchen was demo-ed and two walls were removed; one between kitchen and dining areas and, one exterior wall, between kitchen and mudroom. Pre-existing mudroom was demo-ed, to pour foundation, to support 2-story addition.

New kitchen cabinets were installed, island bar installed and, new open storage/coat rack/bench at new back door entry. New tile installed at back door. Hardwood floor reworked.

Second floor:

Addition of Master Bath. Remodeled Master Bedroom.
